Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resealable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mobileterritory.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a track-able shipping method. Mobile Territory is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed.
