At Mobile Territory, we're committed to getting your mobile accessories to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we deliver orders across Australia.


1. Where We Ship

We ship to all addresses within Australia, including:

  • All capital cities and major metropolitan areas
  • Regional and rural areas across all states and territories
  • Remote areas (additional delivery time may apply)

Please note: At this time, we do not ship internationally. All orders are dispatched within Australia only.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes

All prices below are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch (not the date the order is placed). Remote and regional areas may take 3-7 additional business days depending on courier coverage.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, EOFY sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to the courier's tracking page
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking link provided. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of order confirmation, please contact us.

5. Our Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted Australian couriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

  • Australia Post — for standard and express deliveries
  • Aramex (formerly Fastway) — for metro deliveries
  • Couriers Please — for metro and regional deliveries

The courier used for your order will depend on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

6. Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. Mobile Territory is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@mobileterritory.com.au. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We can deliver to most PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Please select Standard Shipping for these addresses.

7. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, some delays are beyond our control. These may include:

  • Severe weather events or natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Peak season delivery volumes (e.g. Christmas)
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Public holidays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe: Please contact us at info@mobileterritory.com.au with your order number, and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check around your property (front door, side gate, with neighbours)
  • Check with your building manager or reception if applicable
  • Contact the courier directly using your tracking number

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date and we will lodge an investigation with the courier.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally items can be damaged in transit or sent incorrectly.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time (we recommend within 7 days of delivery) with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law and our Refund Policy. Mobile Territory will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

10. Signature on Delivery and Authority to Leave

By default, our couriers may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign:

  • The parcel may be left in a safe location (Authority to Leave)
  • Or a delivery card will be left with instructions to collect from a nearby pickup point

Authority to Leave (ATL): If you select Authority to Leave at checkout or with the courier, Mobile Territory and the courier are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.

11. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including the guarantee that goods will be supplied within a reasonable time.

If your order is significantly delayed and we are unable to deliver within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund under the ACL. Please contact us to discuss your options.
